According to ECE European Standard and Malaysia MIROS rules and regulation, those children  under 36kg and 135cm are compulsory sit at the car seat. 
根据 ECE 欧规认证以及马来西亚道路研究所(MIROS),未满达到36kg 和135cm的孩子都需要乘坐汽车安全椅。

Rear facing:

We fully recommend that new born baby until 13kg must sit at the rear facing position because only rear facing can fulfill newborn baby recline position and more effective protect cervical cord and spine. The reason why baby should sit rear facing is because forward facing cannot lie down. 
我们完全建议新生儿至13公斤以下的婴儿必须坐在朝后的姿势，因为只有朝后的姿势才能满足新生婴儿的躺卧姿势，并且更有效地保护颈椎和脊柱。婴儿应该朝后坐的原因是因为朝前不能躺下。

Forward facing:

Follow by ECE car seat standard, after 9kg baby can sit at forward facing. However, we fully recommend that children who over 13kg just change to forward facing.

 遵循ECE汽车安全座椅标准，体重9公斤以下的婴儿可以坐在向前。但是，我们完全建议体重超过13公斤的孩子改用朝前的姿势。

Follow by baby group, choose the best car seat for your child. 

Basic on ECE R44/04, parent should always choose the car seat for your child basic on baby’s weight, not his/her age. 

In Group 0+, it is start from 0kg up to 13kg (around newborn up to 24 months)
BABY CAR SEAT. Baby car seat that are not allow install both in the front seat (because there have an active airbag hided) or rear seat. They are to be installed using the vehicle’s three-point seat belt or using the ISOFIX system, if the vehicle’s seat is equipped with his installation device. 

 In Group 1, it is start from 9kg up to 18kg (around 9months up to 3 years old)
Safety car seat. safety car seat adapted to the specified weight of the babies. They can be placed in the rear seat or front seats, forward facing. If placed in the rear seat, if could be preferably in the centre. They are installed with the car seat belt or using ISOFIX system (if the vehicle seat got this anchoring system) and forward facing. 

In Group 2, it is start from 15kg up to 25kg (around 3 years old up to 6 years old)
Booster with backrest. Child restraints system which use vehicles seat belt directly. Usually they are adaptable according to the kids’ growth and the backrest can be removed, once the body dimensions allow the child using the booster seat along with the car seat belt. 

In Group 3, it is start from 22kg up to 36kg (around 6 years old up to 12 years old)
Booster seat without backrest. They are suitable for the same age range as group 2 car seats, but without backrest and with a height adjuster for the seat belt. Until the child exceed 135cm high and can use the adult seat belt directly, the use of booster seat is compulsory.

带靠背的助推器。直接使用车辆安全带的儿童约束系统。通常，它们可以根据孩子的成长情况进行调整，一旦身体尺寸允许孩子使用增高座椅和汽车安全带，便可以去除靠背。

在第3组中，体重从22公斤到36公斤（大约6岁到12岁）
无靠背的加高座椅。它们适用于与第2组汽车座椅相同的年龄范围，但没有靠背，并且具有用于安全带的高度调节器。在儿童不能超过135cm高并且可以直接使用成人安全带之前，必须使用加高座椅。

ECE standard are one of certificate from European standard for car seat. In generally, ECE European standard divided into 2 main characteristics which is ECE R44 and ECE R129.

For ECE R44 basic on European standard
Basic on this standard, it is according children weight. This standard approved front and back crush test and using normal dummy without body sensor to approve the car seat safety .

For ECE R129 ( I-Size) basic on European standard
Basic on this standard, it is according children height. This standard not only approved front and back crush test and also include left and right crush test. Using more sensitive dummy with body standard in order to approve the car seat safety. 

Malaysia Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS)

MIROS is a department that manipulated and monitoring road safety rule and regulation.  MIROS claim that Malaysia only accept car seat approver by ECE European standard. If the car seat are successful approved by MIROS, they will have a QR code that to let parents to identify the car seat are approved. 

ECE标准是欧洲标准的汽车座椅证书之一。通常，ECE欧洲标准分为两个主要特征，即ECE R44和ECE R129。

对于基于欧洲标准的ECE R44
基于此标准，它是根据儿童的体重而定。该标准批准了前后碰撞试验，并使用不带人体传感器的普通假人来批准汽车座椅的安全性。

对于基于欧洲标准的ECE R129（I-Size）
根据此标准，它是根据孩子的身高。该标准不仅批准了前后挤压试验，还包括左右挤压试验。使用符合人体标准的更灵敏的假人，以批准汽车安全座椅。

马来西亚道路安全研究所（MIROS）

MIROS是操纵和监视道路安全法规的部门。 MIROS声称马来西亚只接受欧洲经委会欧洲标准的汽车座椅批准。如果汽车安全座椅获得MIROS的成功批准，他们将拥有一个QR码，以便父母识别汽车座椅是否获得批准。

Isofix  and top-tether is an anchoring system in vehicle seat. The function is install the car seat more stable and easily. In generally, those car vehicle are above 2015 compulsory have anchoring system for Isofix and Top-tether. 

Isofix和Top-Tether是车辆座椅中的锚固系统。功能是使汽车座椅安装更稳定，更轻松。通常，那些在2015年以上的汽车具有Isofix和Top-tether的锚固系统。

According in ECE European Standard are NO any Expired date on Car Seat, but we will recommend a car seat can be use up to 8 Years.
根据ECE欧洲标准，汽车座椅没有任何有效期，但是我们建议汽车座椅可以使用长达8年。
